Welcome to the Fairy Kingdom, a land governed by the just Council of Three. For many years, the Kingdom has been at peace, and the traitor Nero thought to be dead or dying. But the peace that the Council of Three, along with the Lower Council and the citizens of the kingdom had fought so hard to achieve is about to be shattered.
Nero is rising again, building an army right under the nose of the Council. Miscreants and reckless youth, searching for power and glory are flocking to his side. Though the Council is slowly realizing that Nero has indeed gained power, they underestimate him, making the same mistake that nearly cost them the kingdom two decades earlier.
